Founder, Stratified Consulting · Author, the Flim Flam Series & Stratified Interventions
Jamie Hirsch Jenkins is a strategic advisor, educator, and author with 25 years of enterprise transformation experience across Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, PwC, and AmerisourceBergen. As the Founder of Stratified Consulting, LLC, she works with leadership teams, nonprofit organizations, and public health practitioners on the hard work of closing the gap between strategic intent and real-world impact.
Jamie is the creator of the House of Strategy framework and the Stratified Approach to Intervention Design — a methodology that layers behavioral theory, systems thinking, and strategic design to build interventions that work in the conditions you'll actually meet. She is trained in the Strategyzer suite under Alex Osterwalder and brings a design thinking lens to every engagement.
She currently teaches physician leaders at Tampa General Hospital and doctoral students at USF's College of Public Health, where she introduced the Strategic Intervention Canvas to a DrPH cohort as part of the Summer Institute. She also serves as adjunct faculty at USF's College of Public Health.
Jamie is the author of seven books: the Flim Flam Series — a five-book collection plus companion on meetings, strategy, culture, leadership, and decisions — and Stratified Interventions, a practitioner's guide to intervention design for public health and mission-driven organizations. All titles are available on Amazon.
A committed civic leader, Jamie serves on the City of Tampa Human Rights Board and previously served as Board President of the Gasparilla Festival of the Arts.
She holds a BS in Accounting from the University of South Florida and an MBA from the University of Miami.
